Service Description
This is the new, updated Mental Health First Aider training (MHFAider) course as recently launched by MHFA England.
Online Mental Health First Aider (MHFAider) training over two full days with four live instructor-led sessions, delivered by MHFA England Accredited Instructor Member Ian. Includes manual, workbook and action card. Certificate will be provided on completion. Also includes ongoing MHFAider support, webinars, and MHFAider App for 3 years (duration of certificate).

When you book onto a course, please advise of any accessibility requirement you need to access the course.

Cancellation Policy
Payment must be made prior to attending the course as this will convert you to a delegate and trigger the provision of your course resources.
A confirmation of payment and your booking will be confirmed by email. If you have not received this, please contact me.
To cancel or reschedule please be aware that only courses cancelled within 48 hours of booking can be refunded.
There is no refund available on any cancellation of booking prior to the course start date after the 48-hour cooling-off period.
A course booking can be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to the course start date. This can be rescheduled to either an on line or face to face course.
If you are unwell please do NOT attend the course.
If you have a cold, cough, temperature or COVID-19 systems you will be refused entry on the day and an alternative course date will be booked for you.
